Last resort was the rep sending me a Wayne Dalton adapter/receiver which I had to wire into the garage door opener. WebJan 12, 2015 · Car2u blames Genie and Genie blames car2u since they are the software developer. I actually got the best instructions from Genie and things still will not work. car2u wants to sell me a conversion module for $40 which is BS since my new Genie opener works perfectly with the homelink in our Chrysler van.
