Its disabled because it allowed sidearms to shoot thru titan barricades and just walls in general in PvP. WebAlways depends. Backup mag and spec mods are in average the better PvE rolls as they lead to higher DPS. However the Artifact mods can also be really handy. Anti barrier also effectively gives armor Piercing. allowing the weapon to pass through multiple enemies, increasing trash mob clearing ability in it's own right.
