Web30 de sept. de 2016 · Edit those to be level 1 or 0. 1. you don't edit a SCS file, you create a mod with the same infos that will overwrite that SCS file when it's loaded. 2. you don't open SCS file with an archive, you use an extractor from SCS. I guess you missed the bit where the OP said it was a volvo mod. ;)
