WebbOP, based on my experience, PLDT's average response time is 2 weeks. Globe customer service is fast and efficient (although their CSR's are only available from 8am to 12 midnight). Globe's tech personnel would arrive a day or two after you report your problems via landline. My horror story with PLDT is the constant internet service interruption.
