WebSep 26, 2016 · Here's what worked for me. Launch the steam app. It tries to install the update and gets stuck. Turn your wifi on your computer off. Steam will disconnect and my app closed after a warning message that I wasnt connected to the internet. I turned my wifi back on and launched the app again. The download should work then.
