WebSlakr 5 years ago #2. Being a 64-bit game, the SE can use up to 4 gigs of RAM natively. So it doesn't have the same memory issues that the 32-bit version had/has. For me, the bigger issue is the lack of mod compatibility. There are too many "must-have" mods that require SKSE for their "must-have" functions for me to make the switch.
